Material & Care
Ceramics — Bat Trang Village
Handcrafted in Bat Trang, each ceramic piece carries subtle variations in glaze and form that reflect its artisanal origin.
For Unglazed Ceramics — Lightly dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. To remove blemishes, gently dab a mild solution of baking soda and water using a soft cloth, then pat dry immediately.
For Glazed Ceramics — Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh impacts and abrasive scrubbers.
Dark Bronze — Hang Dong Street
Forged using traditional metalworking techniques from Hang Dong Street, dark bronze is a living material intended to evolve with time, touch, and air.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove natural skin oils. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions. If polishing is desired, buff gently with a specialized metal polishing cloth, or allow the metal to naturally deepen its rich patina over time.
Rattan & Woven Bamboo — Phu Vinh Village
Intricately hand-woven from finely split natural fibers in Phu Vinh Village, rattan and bamboo require gentle handling.
Dust lightly with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Keep away from moisture, high humidity, and prolonged direct sunlight to prevent warping, brittleness, or color fading. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space.
Silk — Van Phuc Village
Woven in Van Phuc Village, traditional mulberry silk is delicate and lustrous.
Avoid exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, and sharp surfaces that may snag the fine threads. Spot clean only by blotting gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Store flat or hanging in a cool, breathable pouch away from direct sunlight to preserve the natural vibrancy of the fibers.
